How to create a ticket:

1. Log in to Bender Connect
Simply log in to Bender Connect If you do not yet have access, you can register there free of charge. Once your details have been verified, you will receive your personal access.

2. Create a service ticket
You can create a service ticket via your Bender Connect account under the ‘Service’ menu item. If you wish to make a complaint about or return a device, please create a ticket stating the relevant reason for the complaint – for example, device defects, incorrect deliveries or other issues. A clear subject line, e.g. “Return notification” when registering a return, and a detailed description of the issue help us to process the ticket. The ticket number assigned when the ticket is created also serves as the RMA number and enables the return to be processed quickly and smoothly.

3. Review by Bender
Once we have received your enquiry, we will carefully review your details and get in touch with you as soon as possible. If your issue cannot be resolved by other means, we will provide you with all further information regarding the return of your product..

Please note: A return is only possible with a valid ticket or RMA number.
