How to create a ticket:
1. Log in to Bender Connect
Simply log in to Bender Connect. If you do not yet have access, you can register there free of charge. Once your details have been verified, you will receive your personal access details.
2. Create a service ticket
You can create a service ticket via your Bender Connect account under the ‘Service’ menu item. If you wish to complain about or return a device, please create a ticket with the relevant reason for the complaint – for example, device defects, incorrect deliveries or other issues. A clear subject line, e.g. ‘Return notification’ when registering a return, and a meaningful description of the issue will help us to process the ticket. The ticket number assigned when the ticket is created also serves as the RMA number and enables quick and smooth processing of the return.
3. Review by Bender
Once we have received your enquiry, we will carefully review your information and contact you as soon as possible. If your enquiry cannot be resolved by other means, we will provide you with all further information on returning your product.
Please note: Returns are only possible with a valid ticket or RMA number.
