Charging stations - as individual as your customers

To meet the demands of your customers and at the same time stay competitive, choosing the right charge controller is key.

How do you make your charging station/wallbox more compact and cost-effective?

The CC613 charge controller already includes an emergency opener, which makes additional components unnecessary.

The contactor for power release on the vehicle side can be switched directly via the CC613 with the integrated 230 V control relay. An additional relay is no longer necessary.

With the proven integrated 6 mA DC residual current detection, a DC residual current is detected in the controller and the charging process is stopped. There is no need to install an RCD type B, an RCD type A in combination with a measuring current transformer type CTBC17 is sufficient.

If the DC error is no longer present, a new charging process can be started directly. There is no need for a service technician to be on site, e.g. to switch on the RCD type B again.

All these features contribute to the fact that you can make your charging station more compact and save significant costs.

How does your charging station ensure efficient load distribution?

With the dynamic load management (DLM) integrated in the CC613, a higher-level control (energy management system) is no longer required to regulate the load management.

This not only reduces the overall costs of your networked charging infrastructure, but also ensures that the available power can be smartly and optimally shared among all charging points.

Nevertheless, the CC613 can be controlled via a higher-level energy management system, which allows the integration of the charge controller into existing charging infrastructures.

How can you keep your charging station up to date?

The CC613 guarantees compliance with standards. Regular software updates ensure that the latest standards are always taken into account and new functions are added to the controller. A future-oriented operation of your charging station is thus guaranteed.

How do you integrate your charging station into a network?

The Ethernet interface integrated in the CC613 enables very simple interconnection of the charge controllers via Ethernet, EEBUS or Modbus TCP. A connection to an energy management system can also be implemented via the external Modbus interface, with which the core functions of the CC613 can be controlled.

What makes your charging station even more interesting for your customers?

With its Powerline Communication Standard (PLC) according to ISO 15118, the CC613 offers both a promotional and competitive advantage.

Via the integrated 4G modem, the operators of your charging station can connect it directly to a backend system and monitor the system, read out and, if necessary, directly correct errors and install remote software updates, thus making remote maintenance possible.

With the Open Charge Point Protocol OCPP 1.5 and 1.6 (JSON and SOAP), your charging station meets the standard that is in demand and recognised in practice.

The integrated charging plug emergency opener offers the advantage that in the event of a power failure, the end user can safely disconnect the charging cable from the charging station without having to be on site or wait for a service technician.

The weld check integrated in the CC613 generates an error message in case of a "sticking" contactor or load switch. Since in this case the power supply is not interrupted and thus a life-threatening current can flow, the weld check provides increased personal protection.

To further increase the safety against electric shock, the CC613 ensures a proper connection of the protective conductor (PE) to the controller with PE monitoring.

The CC613 is available in different variants. We can find the most cost-effective solution for your specific needs.
