Understanding LED Indications

tip

Looking for the meaning of the HMI/RFID LEDs? Check out the RFID/LED boards page.

1. Introduction

When you power on or reset a Bender Charge Controller, its front-facing Status LED(s) will indicate the current system state. Learning to read these indicators allows you to:

  • confirm whether the device is booting or ready,
  • diagnose issues early, and
  • determine when you can safely access the Config UI.

This page summarizes LED patterns across three controller types (CC613, CC612, ICC1324) and distinguishes regular vs. Eichrecht firmware behavior.

The status LED is located on the front of the controller.
